We believe professional styling should be accessible, predictable, and fair. To eliminate hidden surcharges or unpredictable hourly rates, our standalone flat project fees are calculated strictly by the physical square footage of the space we are actively transforming:
Room Refresh Package: Billed as a predictable flat fee based entirely on the square footage of the specific room or rooms being styled. This fee is due upfront and covers all scale layouts, 2D floor plans, and aesthetic concept development for your existing space.
Move-In Ready / Relocation Package: A standalone flat fee calculated by the square footage of the property being prepared for your arrival. This comprehensive service replaces the room refresh fee and covers all retail procurement tracking, delivery scheduling, vendor management, and complete on-site turn-key styling.
Vintage Curation: To account for the highly personalized labor of scouting regional estate sales and private collections, vintage furniture is handled via a transparent, graduated cost-plus model based sequentially on item price.
0% Retail Markup Policy: Wright & Row charges absolutely zero markup on new retail furniture purchases. All client items are passed along directly at retail cost.
Additional Consulting & Revisions: A standard hourly consulting rate applies to any design revisions requested outside the original contract scope. This hourly rate also applies if a client requests accompanied in-person retail showroom visits.
